Yoga for the Transgender/GNC community at SF Citadel!
7:30pm - 9pm

Free class, albeit donations will be accepted and appreciated.

Lady Penny will be volunteering her time on Wednesday evenings to lead a basic Vinyasa style yoga practice to the Trans/GNC community. Yoga is extremely healthy for one's mind and body, especially in regard to the management of anxiety, depression and PTSD. A regular yoga practice is also beneficial to Transwomen seeking a more lithe, feminine form.

Lady Penny wishes to share her passion for the practice in an inclusive and safe community space, whilst advancing her teaching skill. This will be a 90 minute class. Participants need to provide their own yoga mat, towels and any blocks or straps they may need as adjuncts. No experience is necessary, but a reasonable level of physical fitness and an open mind is recommended.

The class will be offered from 7:30-9:00 PM at 181 Eddy Street, San Francisco. Powell Street BART is just two blocks away.
