Class Description:
Oysters. Chocolate. Asparagus. All aphrodisiacs, but food is not the only thing in your kitchen which can excite. Join guest lecturer Lars von Tottenfartz for a rundown of tableware, cooking implements and pastry tools which will add spice to any cooking session.

About the presenter:
Lars von Tottenfartz of the Liepzig Tottenfartz is a renown chef and winner of the prestigious Die Meisten Lebensmittel Ungenießbar Award at the 2008 Dussledorf Essen Spiel. Known for his famous use of non-traditional ingredients such as his Marble Pound Cake made from actual Florentine marble, he has carved out a much needed void in the international food scene. His recipes have delighted the palates of some of the crowned heads of Europe, but have often done terrible things to their colons. We are proud to have him here instructing us as part of the Community Service portion of his sentence.

If you are new to Foundations:
You must have a sponsor to attend a Foundations class.
