Explore Angel Island with Society of Janus

Lets get together for an easy hike around Angel Island, one of the most scenic and historic sites in the Bay Area! It's fun way to casually meet other people and have a great time. The hike is on a paved road around the island, with opportunities to check out some beach areas and the ruins of old army installations. We will stop for lunch on the north side of the island (bring your own or buy something at the snack bar when we first arrive). More info,on the island can be found here:

To get there, you just need to catch a ferry (ferries leave from Tiburon and San Francisco). More info can be found here: and here: There is no cost beyond the transportation getting to the island.

We will meet at the snack bar near the dock after the first ferries arrive. Group leaders will have name tags identifying themselves and we will have a sign that says SoJ. As always with SoJ events, this is open to everyone: all genders, orientations, roles, and experience levels.
