Class Description:
So you’re out having dinner and run into some friends who invite you to an impromptu play party with the promise the person you’ve been trying to hook up with forever is going to be there and looking to play. However, you’re completely unprepared, your toys and tools are all at home. Do you stammer an excuse and slink off? Do you brave the crosstown traffic trying to get to your house and back hoping you can make it before the doors close? Or do you confidently head off for a night of pleasure filled with the knowledge that you carry your best tools with you at all times? Covering sensation and impact play, this class will inform and demonstrate techniques of playing without tools including slapping, pinching, pressure points and biting.

Presenter Bio:
James Sposato hails from New England where he and a close-knit group of friends explored their kink and wound up building a DIY scene from the ground up. After moving to SF, he stumbled upon a Foundations Munch and excited by this glimpse of the Bay Area’s vibrant kink and Leather community, embraced it wholeheartedly.

He has explored Leather history and traditions as a student of the Journey and Leather Quest programs, graduating in December 2014. He has served as Junior Headmaster and Headmaster for Foundations for over two years. After serving as Junior Headmaster for the recently graduated Journey class, he is currently the Junior Headmaster for the NorCal Leather Quest class of 2020, making him the first person to guide a group of students through all three levels of the education program. During this time, he has served as mentor and adviser to members of the community, provided support to community events and been an active proponent of kink and Leather as a life and a lifestyle.
A passionate educator, he has taught numerous classes on biting, caning, food play, protocols and negotiation. While a fan of every sort of impact/sensation play, from traditional tools to improv pervertables to canes, he has never forgotten it all starts with the hands.
