Sick of Zoom? Yeah so am I.
But, could you use some human time in actual conversation? Sure you do.
Are you introverted or highly sensitive, seeking easy ways to talk to interesting new people?
Are you extroverted and craving for laughter and contact?
We’ve got a fun and goofy social experiment for us all!

The program is called Icebreaker

Join Caroline Carrington and Midori (yes that’s moi) - Free for all our Patreon Subscribers and ForteFemme Alumnae
We'll be using a super neat new browser based app called Icebreaker. It’s fun, easy and low stress.
About every 10 mins we'll start “games” that match you in a 1-on-1 or 1-on-1-on-1 video chat with randomly picked people from our gathering for just a few minutes. Each round comes with a different set of conversation prompts, though you're also welcome to have free-form connection if you prefer.
What sort of conversation prompts? Glad you asked… Midori is coming up with the questions so it maybe a bit wacky or just dumb… “Marvel or DC?” “If you had a box of toothpicks what would you do with it?” “Best advice you’ll give your future self” etc etc.

You should know these things…
- This is NOT speed dating. It’s ‘speed friending’ This is about making small talk with neat humans.
- People are matched randomly. Be open and curious about humanity
- You will need a working camera and microphone on your device.
- You’ll need stable Internet. Phones have been working with mixed results, so a laptop or desktop may be better if you have one.
- If you join mid-game, you might be the only person in the chat room for a few minutes until the current game ends.
- You will need to log in with a google account (this is the only form of authentication they currently support). It is free to set one up and only takes a few minutes if you don't already have one
