Class Description:
Humans have complex bodies subject to numerous tensions: Societal, body, mind, and spirit; to name a few. Examples include preoccupation with life problems, somatic issues like an upset stomach, social anxiety, grief, and a history of trauma. Any of these can have consequences in play, from a scene that feels unsatisfying to one that brings up intrusive memories. This dynamic, interactive class is all about teaching tools you can access to be mindful of the tensions you may be bringing into a scene, and how to process them. Class includes lecture, discussion, demos, and relevant exercises that can directly impact the level of presence you bring to future scenes.

Presenter Bio:
Foundations Sergeant Major Nicki is a Graduate of the Journey in Salt Lake City in 2014 and Leather Quest in San Francisco in 2018. The community in San Francisco has embraced their fetishes of food and electric play, along with supporting them to find other ways to intimate with and find joy in their Self. While on their journey toward authenticity, they have learned the power of their own voice and the value they have in being able to pay attention to and respect their body and their power. This has lead them to teaching numerous class for Foundations: Food Play, Violet Wand Play, and Dollification. In this class, they are offering the community a peek into their newest class “Body Parts.”
